A mission worth joining
Create strong direction and a shared sense of purpose, so performance comes from wanting to be part of something great.
Leadership
I build high-performing teams by giving people a mission worth joining, clear direction, meaningful support and the space to do their best work.
How I lead
People do their best work when they understand the mission, know what success looks like and feel that they genuinely belong. My role is to set a clear direction, build the right team and create the conditions in which people can do exceptional work.
High standards and laughter belong in the same team. People can care deeply about the outcome, enjoy working together and be proud of what they achieve.
Create strong direction and a shared sense of purpose, so performance comes from wanting to be part of something great.
Find people with the capability, curiosity and character the mission needs—then invest in their growth and give them meaningful responsibility.
Hold high standards through open, candid, two-way conversations while supporting the person and their emotional journey.
Stay humble, remove obstacles, share credit freely and create space for others to lead and be the best they can be.
Set the operating model clearly once, then focus the team on what it delivers—not process for its own sake.
Use thoughtful retrospectives and continuous improvement without losing the fun, energy and genuine appreciation for work well done that bind a team together.
Practitioner and Master Practitioner training in NLP, Timeline Therapy and Hypnosis—together with Leadership Team Coaching—inform my approach to trust, collective performance and team development. I apply that learning pragmatically as part of my leadership practice.
